For more than 10 years, SecretEATS South Africa has hosted our signature Secret dinners in cities across the country. Bringing together top, talented chefs and young, rising culinary stars with outgoing, adventurous and social diners is what we do best.

In March 2013, our inaugural Secret dinner took place in a stunning private home overlooking the ocean in Llandudno, Cape Town. And, with that — South Africa became our first home, the birthplace of SecretEATS.

Over the years, we’ve worked with top, talented chefs like Vanessa Marx, Brad Ball, Matt Manning, Bertus Basson and Craig Cormack to name a few. Our Secret experiences are far from ordinary, taking you outside the box for innovative, once-in-a-lifetime dinners in stunning Secret spaces like art galleries, private homes, castles, wine cellars and at the foot of Table Mountain.

Curating a magical evening that is sure to surprise and delight is our passion. Our signature social dining experiences take place every 4-6 weeks and we strongly suggest you get your name on the invitation list. This way, you’re in the know when one of our social soirees pops up!

In 2016, Vietnam became our second home. As we mixed, mingled and met some of the country’s top chefs and master mixologists, we couldn’t help but work together to showcase their talents, creativity and the unique flavours and tastes of Vietnam.

• Please note: This experience is available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings with advance booking and designed for small, intimate groups from 2-10 guests. Larger groups can be accommodated by special request.

• This SecretEATS experience is available as a social dining experience where you join together at a shared table with others or private dining experience just for your group — the choice is yours. After your booking, we'll confirm your preference.

• Our Secret chef is a serious heavy hitter in the kitchens and culinary world. We’re happy to say all dietary requirements will be catered for and non-alcoholic options are available for guests.
